Activate meets Mondays at 7pm in the back of Cafe Moro.
We have been called to have a heart for the world - our purpose is to make God’s glory known to the ends of the earth. Jesus calls us to make disciples of all nations; He promises there will be represented in His bride those from every nation, tribe, people and language. If we are to pray for the church (universally), how can we pray effectively if we don’t know what is going on? How can we go effectively? Activate is a ministry of Resonate Church and exists to propel us to global awareness and action; that the body of Christ, the church, would be known by their love for and service to the world.
That Resonate Church would:
- Educate ourselves and our community
- Know what is going on globally
- Physical needs
- Spiritual needs
- Brothers and sisters suffering for the name of Christ
- Actively spread awareness of current issues
- Events
- Informative campaigns
- Participation with other campus/community groups
- Pray to impact the world
- Meet identified needs
- Give financially
- Send resources
- Go ourselves
- Pray for those who go
